Season 5 gen sponsor 108mil 5 star 314ish OR, season 6 sponsor 106.58mil 3 star 364OR if anyone is keeping track trying to figure how it works oh managers around 45% both years might have only been 40% last year
From my question earlier- I did not accept the 1 star 130 mill a season. Instead I waited and got a 1 star 115 mill... DAMN. The difference was a 70% vs 40 %
So what I am getting from this is if you hold out you could get a worse deal? It's not like they get better so I should hold out until the last day?
That being said should I go off of what my HR department is saying about the offer?
...Got lucky, 5 star 65 million General Sponsor right out of the gate. Pretty pumped, double what I had last season.
got a nice new tv offer 11 mil more than last season i had a new 4 star gen offer but rolled the dice hoping for a 5 star since 3 more offers left
Gen offer 61 million more then last year (3 star) and Im gonna hold out for somethign better. Media offer 20 million better (4 star accepted.) I got stuck with 1 stars all last year. If accepted all of them Id be gettign 16 mill a week. Hopign my Gen goes up.
rejected both mine, one and two star, both for more money than last yr
rejected both 1star deals. General was about a million less, media was 200K more. Also rejected 2star VIP lounge deal for less than what I made this year.
Continuing my lucky streak I guess. Accepted 5 star media deal. 200k more than last year.
...and then proceeded to get 2 of the worst players from the sports academy that I have gotten since I started at PPM.
2crap offers, rejected again. I may accept either way tomorrow, being regulated doesn't help but these are for a million less.
Wait and you shall receive..... 80 mill more then last year. 5 starbgen offer but all 1 star camp pulls... Bleh
