How to gain more ball possession? Tried everything, and still my team always has less ball possession..

I'd imagine technique and passing would be key in this area.

And what tactics?

Style of play: Possession football
Style of play in defence: Retaining possession and passing

That's what I would opt for if I was looking for a passing game.
