Hi folks

Thanks for your votes and giving me the opportunity to manage the U18s this season.

The current crop of 18-year-olds is looking pretty average to be honest, but I’ve spotted a few likely 17- and 16-year-olds and I’m hoping to build a strong set up for the future.

So… if you have any players who you think might be in with a shot please send me their details – doesn’t matter if they are 15, 16, 17 or 18, I want to build a database of them all, and obviously if I don’t continue past this season I will hand it on to the next manager.

In particular: if anyone has any LEFT or UNIVERSAL D-MEN that I’ve missed please get in touch asap as we lack depth at that position.

Finally I’m open to appointing an assistant manager if anyone is interested, please get in touch.

This season doesn't look great, there are just not enough top players available in the age range - we have the weakest team in Top div so it'll take some smart thinking and a little luck when we get to the WCs.

Next 2 seasons, though, there are some really promising players on the way through, we should be in a position to challenge for medals again soon.
