Mark better B as a B+ for the next draft. Now teams with lower scouting have an advantage, they see good B as an A.

Or a C. Estimation goes both ways.

Is not for Footbal, but is for last post concerning draft....In Handball my Human resources and economic department is 11 level...first player in my draft is potential B...second is B, but when i take him, potencial change to C....and..what surprise today...when i see ypung candidates..potential B - 2,5 stars...potential C - 3,5 stars...how it is possible?!?!

Remove some academy pulls at the end of the season (for example 12,13,14,15 weeks), increasing at the expense of it the number of high-quality players in the first draft. Most frequently at the end of the season we are not getting the players with the desired OR, therefore a lot of the groaning of managers shouldn't be.

Next thing happened to me in basketball: A team who lost his manager and was still in the play off semi finals at that moment got a new manager during that same semi finals. Now his team is equal to all teams in our league because he get's adjusted OR for his players according to the season date. But now after winning all games but 1 in my league and won all play off games I will lose a title in my opinion well earned after a full season of consistancy. I know it's the first season but a friend of me who plays football in 2nd division had the same issue with bot teams getting new owners during season, it forced him to invest in players because the starting OR of the new teams was higher then his trained players with decent facilities for a team which started season 10. I can not even beat this team on very high against a normal playing inactive team (logged in 1 time). For new players who just started on PPM in a new sport this would be the exit point right away I think, it would be for me.

In Portugal the same happened in the top league.. but someone payed to "reserve" the bot entry in the league so nobody will enter till the playoffs are over.

This was one iteration of the draft and people were very mad they didn't get pulls every week of the season.

I think remove 5, 6, 7 weeks pulls or the last weeks of the season pulls - two different things.

I would prefer it that way too. But, many people were upset they couldn't click "view players from SA" every week. So, here we are.

Ok, i realized that it necessary to explain to them, not you.) But it is very difficult. People hold on to practically useless things, but habitual.

assists are for attackers or midfielders
0 goals against are for goalies
no prize for defenders.
