If you don't want C's and D's, just move them to the bottom with the arrow on action shield. That takes less than a half minute if you notice that the mouse is again automatically on the next player below. You just have to do that at the end when you've scouted and done everything else.
That was never intended to be easy for non-pros because they want everyone to pay and just like you I don't like it.
I don't know exactly how value ratings are generated but I think they're a bit like AVQ; It can be good even if one quality is a bit lower.

There should be more influnce with attacking full back to the midfield, especially to the side midfield. When playing with 5-3-2, you can imagine stretching it into 3-5-2. Nowdays this is coming more common formation in real life. Playing without side midfielder in PPM, it punishes you too much.

Red/yellow cards to goalkeppers, srly a lot of penalties, and always a defender made it?
And that the players makes goals against himself
I say this a lot of time, its something esssential in a football match.

+1.
I think in this case it would be best to force teams to choose a sub keeper as part of the line-up and not let them submit a line-up without a sub-keeper selected. Otherwise it would lead to silly mistakes whenever the keeper got a red card.
Own goals is a good idea.

Without a substitute GK set, if the main GK gets injured they'll have a player in goal if they don't catch it before game time. I keep a sub for that very reason.
Staf salaries shoud be calculated acording to general sponsor. A lot of teams are bankropt or strugle couse of staff salaries
Then they should stay away from staff that get paid huge amounts until they have enough weekly funds to bankroll having said staff.
New condition for substitution.
"Shots on target difference" - Substitution will take place if the shots on target difference is within the set interval.

Example: the score 0:0, shots on target 1:4 in favor of the opponent, thereby he has the advantage, although the score in the game is equal to. I want to try to change that.

How can you keep up with good teams without good staff?
Team with 600M GS pays the same staff salary like team with 200M GS. MU coach is not paid the same like WHU coach.
They are not paid the same because they don't have the same value. In PPM it's the same thing. Better coaches are paid more.
This sounds like a problem of teams without even having maxed out arena/facilities. They don't need 100 100 employees. They might not even need employees at all. For example you might just buy bunch of old players to keep winning the games and sell your coaches etc. This way you would still keep winning and saving ton of money to put on arena/facilities. You can reinvest on good employees once you start catching up on those two things first.
By spending within ones means.
Instead of paying out 200k per day, per staff member, a team needs to be realistic about what they pay to their staff.
After that, it is up to the manager to use his skill in catching better teams/keeping up with them.

You are a good example of what im saying. With all deductions for leagues with 2 levels your total sponsor is more than halved compared to teams with 4+ levels. Your expences are a lot bigger than your sponsor so you survive on tickets and sleeping on the market.
