Does energy reset back to 100 when the new season starts?
my lowest now is 77. It is my B team that has the least amount of energy. Mind you they do play the most... A and C are all high 80's or high 90's Thinking I may have to adjust that this season. Right now its A-B and B-C May switch it to A-B , B-C , C-B , C-A that way I have 4 rotations to put into play.
Just for the first season, since players' OR was not really that great, I was very active on the market (you could buy people on the market a lot of times that were better than your own starting players). I spent no more than 10k on anyone, but I bought about 35 players. I offset that by selling a few of my original players and a bunch of staff members (which don't do much early on anyways) for several hundred thousand to millions of $.
Then I basically played on high/veryhigh all season, scrapping players as they got tired. It didn't win me much in the way of player stat prize money (no one on my team really played more than 15-20 games during the season), but it allowed me to keep my good players fresh and win the playoffs in what was actually a really pretty competitive league (the top six teams were active and could all reasonably win the playoffs... The league i'm getting promoted to is actually a joke in comparison to what I'm leaving).
Other than a hit to chemistry (my playoff games were played at ~35-40 chemistry), I didn't really see the downside of doing it this way. Now that we're heading into the second season and I've gotten some decent SA player pulls (that would cost too much to replicate via market purchases), I'll probably settle into more of an AB-C tactic with two lineups for regular season matches and 1 lineup for friendlies.
