Had a nice first season.. avoided most of the big mistakes... bought good players at decent price.. put together a very solid team.

Training facility 7 upgrading in process 8
Regeneration facility 7 upgrading in process 8
HR and economic dept. 7 upgrading in process 8
Maintenance center 2 upgrading in process 3
Education center 1
Sports academy 7 upgrading in process 8
Medical center 3

15 MIL in cash.

No staff except the default guy i started with.

Arena Capacity 1600.

Will promoted to DIV 3.

What staff do i need to start looking at?

What facilities should i be focusing on.. (considering what i already have)...

Should i be looking at another arena expansion in the upcoming season.

Any advice going forward.. especially with the staff would help a great deal.

Yeah, you should repost this in the USA Q&A thread. It will get much more attention there since many of the international users who speak English keep an eye on it.

As far as your questions -knowing what I know now, if I were in your position as a new manager, I would probably only focus on HR and the arena, with the only staff being managers with marketing trained (60 or so, given your current HR level).

I'd buy veterans/free-agents for a few million each which will quickly give you a solid upper III lower II level team. I'd leave off acquiring and developing youth prospects until the arena is maxed and generating a good income that isn't hugely dependent on league standings.
