Frequent yellow cards... I've done things like setting the aggressiveness to "cautious" all season, and when that didn't work, I set it to "aggressive" last game and that of course didn't work either, and it resulted in my best CM being suspended for one match.

How do you lower its frequency?

Well, one thing I do know is that hurry up, draws more cards, if you want to try to cut down try some delay play. Also if your player's tech is lower than your opponent then that may factor in as well. As for cards, I get them every game, cautious, normal and aggressive. Personaly I play normal, then if down by 1 a switch to aggressive, and if up by one I switch to cautious at half. Try that and see where it goes.
