Your heading is probably way too low and I don't think you need quite that much speed. For comparison I have a side midfield of 837 OR and a primary of 220 with a rating of 20.
scout my SM`s.. I get a rating above primary x 10. heading is not as important I used to think. I use this ratio for SM..
210mid/115pass/110tech/155spd/60hd. proof is in my ratings. I actually stopped my heading traing for due to the rating of M.Magnusson of K Serbia. He is rated 44 with only 85 heading. in short more passing. speed may be too high and a penalty may be being applied.

I can vouch for skipman's ratios, I've used his ratio since he first let us in on the secret, and my SMs all get ratings above primary x 10 (i.e primary of 280 and IGR of 29).
Rating of the player in question Garry James has grown from 20 to 22 after just 5 corrected training sessions. You were really helpful. Thanks again.
What was his ratio and what is it now?
Old ratio: 210/104/104/184/13,
Now: 210/104/104/184/16.

Wow that heading is exceptionally low.
I thought "small influence"=less important attribute=no need to train. Mistakes were made.
The convention is to train "small influence" to 30% of primary. Perhaps I've WAY over-trained my players. However, I know for a fact a higher IGR doesn't necessarily mean better performance on the field. There are things that aren't considered in the IGR that improve game performance.
What are these things?
