Kityusz has gone missing and hasn't replied to any of my latest messages, so in order for us to proceed with the WC bid we need someone who is willing to fill the spot of Irish Captain.

currently we have:

:. The organizing committee
- coordinator: Emerald
- helper: hrubinator
- Captian of Support: {accepting applications}
- NT Manager: xxflip

The role of Captain, where this bid is concerned, requires the manager to make the connection between the PPM staff and this committee, with first order of business being to contact Vlady and inquire if Ireland is eligible to make a bid.

But I think that only Irish manager can be a Captain, or everyone can do this job?

I think that only Irish managers can be Captain, but Kityusz was already Captain of his country so he'd be able to fill in for the bid since Ireland doesn't have a captain.

Of course if we can get an Irish manager to become captain that would be even better

So, we need to find Irish manager who can take this responsible job.
