Handball draft tonight. During the Super Bowl. I am sure American attendance will be high.

The big game was very enjoyable. The Blues beat the Capitals, bringing my favorite team a little closer to playoff contention.

How you like Tarasenko? I'm glad that another Russian dominates in NHL.

Tarasenko's a very talented player. The Blues are lucky to have him.

This takes the cake...and further emboldens my total dislike for the way the draft is handled.

I'm in Div.III where half the teams are dead, and PPM fills a vacant spot 9 days ago. The guy had logged in once, the day he signed up, never to be seen again.

He gets 1st draft pick, naturally he hasn't scouted a single player nor at the draft...and what does he pull 1st pick. THE HIDDEN GEM OF COURSE.

TO HELL with the managers that stick this game out, eh PPM? Lets reward people that ARE NOT even in the game. Makes total and complete sense, it's the PPM way.Another potential quality USA player in the garbage because you're too lazy to fix a simple problem. This is just one of many reasons committed managers up and quit out of the blue. Theres ZERO effort on PPM's part to reward , or shall i say, zero effort to LISTEN and make the proper and logical corrections where they are clearly needed.

And why in the hell does a team with a new manager of 9 days get 1st draft pick? Pisses me off, seriously, i have edited out the 14 "fxcks" and 12 "kiss my arse" comments. No dead team that was resurrected in the last few days of a season deserve ANY draft pick, yet alone 1st. I busted my butt all season just to watch some clown take what ANY of the remaining managers should have had a shot at.

Admit it PPM, you're too lazy to be bothered. Honesty is better than sugar coated bullshit.

Hate the draft then ignore it, ppme the picks and select order by potential. Dead teams have to pick, new teams have to pick. Some times we get lucky sometimes not so lucky. I watched my a+ switch to a :b such is life.

What they could (should) do is have all drafted players who are not pulled by their teams from the sports academy automatically sent to the market (similar to what happens when you let their contact expire). The players OR could be based on the average SA level for the league they originated in.

That would mitigate some of those frustrations.

That's probably more to do with your HR department and scouting ability than luck.
