Hey guys, just curious what everyone's thoughts were on this. In the planning section you can plan your tactics for each type of match. However, I think it would be a lot more beneficial if you could set your style of play for each day in the calendar and not just each type of game. That would allow you to choose your tactics on Sunday for all three league games in the week, rather than potentially changing the "league game" tactic three times.

Thoughts?

you can do it.. open your calendar, click on the day you want to set your tactics for... in the top part of the page - where the detail of the game for the day is, you have link "Select lineup and tactic" - using this link you can set tactics and lineup for each game...

Everyone, I would like to add something to this, less from a "fair" side and more from a newbie side. I have been playing the game for awhile and am started to get a handle on things. Recently, I started a Basketball sim, and was overwelmed with the numbers. I knew that I needed to buy new players to be competitive, but which ones.....so as a new player, you tend to focus on a single number (or combination of 2 numbers).
Anything that would help a newbie person understand the game better would be a great thing - so
maybe having a star rating for a player would be a great thing.

Here's a suggestion: Make it so that send spam is against the rules. I really dislike getting mail of people advertising their players for sale.

from Rules:

On game pages, on forums, on chat and in the mail it is forbidden:
to post spam on mail - by sending unrequested mails (such as advertising)

You get a lot of them? Each time you do drop one of the mods (ie. me) a message with the managers name and their player. There are strict rules against spamming.

For those of us that use the market a good deal I think it would be great if on the Your Sales & Bids page you could have players you are watching no the market. Similar to the followed players but this would tell you their current bid and how much time was left. I feel like most of us use the followed players for the market and it just doesn't work that well for knowing when a player is going to be sold, etc. on each player's page on the market you could set a flag for watching them.

better than just dropping a note with the manager and player names...just forward the offending message to the mod and change the message to say something like "reporting spam abuse."

I suggest this again because it apparently wasn't noticed last time and I believe it would be useful feature.

I suggest that player who gets injured in the training camp could be replaced with other player. It's frustrating when you have started camp and then two guys in the camp gets injured. What a waste.

Another idea is that you could choose longer training camp, but then you have to choose less players to the camp.

The current system of pre-game lockout for non-Pro Pack owners gives a severe advantage to Pro Pack owners. While most of the user base is locked out, they still have access to the player markets and are therefore able to get players at a substantial discount during the lockout.

I believe that this advantage is too unfair and the the market should be closed during this period.
