I'd like to become senior NT main coach again as You know. I was thinking about my potential assistant. This should be one of India manager to take the NT after me with knowledge about team. If You have passion for this write me PM.

I'd like to refresh ratio needed for good NT player:
GK - 100/30-40/60-70/60-70/30-40
CD - 100/45-50/45-50/45-50/55-60
SD - 100/45-50/45-50/70-80/25-35
CM - 100/75-80/70-80/30-45/25-30 shoot 30-50
SM - 100/50-60/50-55/70-80/25-30 shoot 40-60
CF - 100/25-35/50-60/70-80/25-35 shoot 70-80

I'm not playing SF but I will if I'll find any really good.

What do You think about me to take over U20? I know that You have own candidates:
- senior - [soccer_team=53836]
- U20 - [soccer_team=75880]
but they didn't get Your support yet. You can give it by their soccer team profiles.
You can give it to me also [soccer_team=47901] but I was thinking about U20 yesterday.
I've scouted all players who can get chance to play at this moment and I know 17y players as well.

Hello all

I am today writing for the special reason. the reason is my assistant Gits is going for election for his NT so he is going to leave my Assistant post ( seriously he was my main manager because all the things he handle i just have been elected nothing else).

Seriously feeling sad that he is going to leave from the next season.Most important thing is we have been working with toghther from much season and ofcourse we have get a VERY IMPRESSIVE RESULTS
from both team. So as he gonna leave soon i am thanking him to serve country much good and get our team to higher ranks.

And saying to all Indian managers to give good wishes to Gits .
I am sure u feeling same as i am .

Next point is As he gonna leave we needed assistant also was thinking to go for Main team.

I wasn't thinking to be main coach of Indian NTs as You should thinking yourself about this. I was very pleased to help You. I'm leaving my position as I'll win election for Polish U17 probably.
This was pleasure to work with Mashru so long time. We have some awesome results this season especialy. This results are one of the reason of my candidacy in Poland as polish community was looking at my work as well.
Indian U17 showed that can play at finals next seasons.
I think that You are ready to manage Indian NT yourself but my wish is You to work with NT at pairs. I've seen there few managers in Your country that can handle this.
bhavya91 has very good results with senior NT if You were looking who could be called. I think that next season will be much better as he can call all 20y players from U20 with good chemistry at start.
SavioGratus is active about NT and he is doing good job with his team.
bishub12 has awesome season with his club.
You had very big progress last seasons so go on with this and take care about NTs

I'll still be with You and You can ask for advice with ratio or tactics.

from this end of the season I was appointed assistant to the national, I did a good job these days (drawing up an excellent list of players, scouted several players). I hope I can put to use at the beginning of next season with the appointment of the national coach, the work done in these days and to help you manager to coach the best players to bring India's national high levels.

You need try to scout other countries like Czech, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary. Try to ask if their have any good India's players.
