CM - 100/70/70/30/25 + shooting 30
SM - 100/50/50/70/25 + shooting 35
CF - 100/25/50/70/25 + shooting 60
SF - 100/40/60/70/25 + shooting 60

I was looking at the facilities of Indian clubs and only [soccer_team=210] have good enough. Minimum for the NT players is:
12lvl of Training facilities
10lvl of Regeneration facility
12lvl of Sports academy
The best way to have strong NT and club is improving this. You can sell some talented players and incomes invest on facilities.
