Assunto: 15yo guide for UK NT potential?

Hi are there any guidelines anywhere for what player/facility or/quality/levels are likely required for them to compete at NT level spot one day? and by position?

i may have a recently drafted player that could make it , but i imagine my facilities arent a good enough level to improve him fast enough.

Id like to know - if he could make it by a better trainee i would be prepared to sell him

i am going to scout him to see his quality. now I can olny say he looks pretty good but reviewing you facilities i would definitely sell him. I'll be the first buyer if not me i am sure some of the top teams buy him. you can get 50M or even more, which help you and the player will also get NT one day.

Sorry for Hijacking this thread, but last week I pulled a 15 year old with 272 OR. I've only just remembered to set his training though so 7 days without training

I will have him scouted by tomorrow so I could post what my scout says, but i'd like to know the answer to the OP's question.

ok, ive looked on the market a bit recently and saw someone worse than him go for 30M and i trust that you are a far better/more experienced manager than i am at appraising the value of players! What times suit uk managers? wed evening, or maybe saturday evening? feel free to pm me.

He is not super-super high quality youngster however 30M plus is the real value to expect.

Training on your facilities he is loosing i gues 0.5 of the progress per day. If you want to see him one day playing for NT than sell him.

You can still keep him, he can help you to get 1. div in a future.

wed evening is good but often little bit crowded. so i'd say any evening is ok, but put him on 6-7 days for sure.

yes i just scouted him too and he wasnt quite as good as i thought, but still very good for my team (and better than my other trainees).
i havent listed him because i want to wait a week for the sales clawback to drop a couple %. in the mean time he is in my training camp to get some bonus training

ill be listing him in 8 days for a week if anyone is interested in picking up this good youngster with potential
