This year is not good for USA. I'm sorry for that, It will be better next season, trust me. I just don't understand why we can't score goals and why we have a lot penalties.

it was a disappointing year for all 3 national teams. Keeping working it, we'll do better next year.

It seems to me that the team has not changed since I was the manager. Due to the folding of several high-level American teams the talent level is just not there. At least the defense and goaltending has remained strong on the American side. The problem is that the Americans cannot score. There may need to be an effort to push more of our resources into our forward corps if we wish to advance in the higher rounds

You right. We need a couple of teams to build up their academy because we dont't have any good players this generation. I'm trying to build my stadium for the future and train my players (USA). I think more teams should start doing this. If not, our National Team will be the same as before. You know it is not just about coach. We don't know which players can be here.
We will try new system this season and if it does not work, we will have to find another reason.

This game is just like Las Vegas...this is problem in game not in players or managers... my opinion ????

The one idea I have for addressing this problem is for the United States teams to collude in the draft to make sure the top prospects are all found and all go to the good teams. Bad teams that can't develop players would need to forgo drafting A's, and managers would need to share scouting information to identify and confirm A's. This is probably unrealistic and perhaps also against some rule though.

Another problem is that the teams that could best develop players tend to have less roster space for doing so consistently. I've been developing U.S. players in hockey, but in soccer where my team is a little more advanced, I've basically stopped developing non-elite players in exchange for more depth capable of competing with the top teams.

This is my problem - I have no room on the roster except for they very best youth (at least 4-star but not even very many of them, mostly only 4.5 star), and I can't easily get them exp until they are good enough to make the 4th line. If I had PRO pack and could set up multiple lineups, I would definitely have some with youth injected for playing against weaker teams, but it's way too much work to adjust lines manually every day.

Also, it would help if my Sports Academy wasn't such complete garbage, but that seems to be a curse that affects every one of my teams.
