It looks like Gillespie and Scruggs were started the previous week to gain chemistry. They are both called up this week. Scruggs seems to have recently gotten injured. Clinton and Gaudreau are not currently called up. I'm just speculating, but Warren was probably listed under goaltenders in the scratches tab in the absence of a third goaltender.
Yeah because the Scruggs injury I had to have Warren set in the lineup. That and Gillespie got chased out of the game. Thankfully this is not going to happen again. In the next game all the starters are returning.
So I am going to need some help. During the month of June I will need to recharge my batteries and take some time off from PPM. I will need some to act as a sitter for about 3 weeks of June or so. Who can fill in for me? I will have the friendlies set up and my teams ready so all the sitter has to do is adjust the roster in case of injuries. I have a Hockey team Division II and a Basketball team Division 3 with a chance of being promoted to division 2.
Tomorrow I will present the starting lineup for the Untied States for the next World Championship
Have you noticed that you always write Untied instead of United? I'm starting to think you're doing it on purpose.

Goalies: Kevin Clinton and Mack Gaudreau will rotate the job with Clinton getting most of the starts due to him having more experience then Gaudreau.
First Line
Center: Joakuin Fellows
Due to an injury to Rodger Baker The centers of the team will need to adopt the next man up. A position that the team was already lacking is going to be tested down the middle. Fellows gets his shot to prove he can be a first line center.
Left Wing: Michael Robertson
The top winger of this squad and best weapon the team has to offer will be on the left side. Hopefully he can snipe some goals during the world championship.
Right Wing: Clint Connelly
Clint will take the right side of this roster. The wingers in the top six are stacked with talent and three out of the four of them can be played on either side. Robertson and Conelly are two of the 4 who can be played on either side.
Left Defenseman: Myron Thomas
The top d man on a very stacked squad where 7 out of the 8 starting defensemen have at least 900 def stat. Thomas stands out as the best shutdown dman on the team
Right Defenseman: Joseph Yong
A strong presence on defense and the partner of Thomas on the first line forming the shutdown duo of the team.

Dear Fellow Managers!
As the organizer of the Top Division U20 Ice Hockey World Championship, I would like to invite you to a prediction pool game during the World Championship. You can join FOR FREE to the game any time, but the sooner the better. Why would you like to play? Of course nice prizes are awaiting for you. Thanks to a few members of the Hungarian community, right now the prize pool adds up to 208 credits. If any of you thinks, he/she could donate some credits for the game to have more fun, I would happily accept it and I would say thanks, but it is not necessary to send credits to participate.
At the end of the game, we will send credits to the best managers. Right now I cannot say surely, how many of you will get credits and how many, it depends on the number of the participants and the final number of credits, but I can promise, you won’t be unsatisfied.
The game will be available here, this is the place where you can make your tips:

And right before the world championships start Michael Robinson our best offensive weapon and team captain got a jaw fracture and will be unable to play the entire tournament....
The U18 lost its starting goaltender for most of the tournament for the second season in a row. Luckily the United States has had a very good backup both seasons.
Anyway, good luck!
Anyway, good luck!
Well we lost in the shootout. We must have been something right but we were unable to win the game. Hopefully we can pick up the w next game.
The USA won todays game vs Norway 2-0. Goals scored by Anthony Young and Ben Bovier and Mack Gaudreau stopping 17 shots. We beat a team we are suppose to and now that we have done that we own the second spot with 4 points. Tomorrow we play group leader Canada and I have a special plan vs Canada. It will be an interesting game....
The reaction from todays 0-7 lost vs Canada has been about why I expected.
"WHY DID YOU PLAY THE TEAM VERY LOW, THIS WAS CANADA YOU HAD TO BEAT THEM, YOU SHOUDD STEP DOWN FROM THE TEAM FOR LOSING TO CANADA, I AM GOING TO FIND YOU AND CUT YOUR HEAD OFF AND HANG YOU BY YOUR ENTRAILS"
Here is a brutal honest statement about the USA vs Canada. Canada has a better team and even if the USA did try we would have most likely lost. This is the one game where I knew we could not win and therefore played the third string goalie and sat out our top two lines in order to rest up, make Canada waste energy, and focus on trying to beat either Spain or Slovenia(both have used a large amount of energy so we will be the fresh team when facing either squad). We did lose our GD and for a team that does not score a lot of goals it will be tough to make that back up but I am confident with a fresher team we can bounce back tomorrow.

But I do find it funny considering the teams in the NHL playoffs... Sorry Canada
