I think it would be great to have all the players in one database.
I agree. I've already reached out to the guy who built the DB to see about adding an age filter to the positional view, or if he plans to build team views for each level. It probably won't be ready day 1, but we still will have all the players in at least.
What sort of skills would an U18/U20 prospect need?

20 and under. The u18 will be 15, 16, 17 and 18 year olds, and the u20 will be 19 and 20 only. Apparently there is not a limit on 18 and 20 year olds, respectively.
Quality levels will be real important to start and we will have to look at where we are for skills. For the 20 and under I would hope at least 600 but we will just have to see what we have.

20/19 seems like an awfully small age range personally, I would hope it's U20 any ages, but you can't be un U20 and U18, and then obviously over 18 you have to move up, and then SR is 21 and up

I've signed up as a candidate for the general manager of the U18 national team; however, it would be difficult for me to run while logged onto the internet. My presentation is on the elections page. In any case, I hope to get involved in some capacity.
Looks like at could be 700 and 800's for U20. Would like all to be 6/6 or 5/6 in C/L
You aren't going to have any 6/6's on the U20 team, 6/6 18 year olds automatically drop to 5/6 when they turn 19.
