I personally don't see how scouting the opposition is of much use. I didn't build the DB, i'd have to ask the person who created it if that is something he can add.
If anything we know where we stand as a team. I understand your point of view but I figured if the soccer db has it, why not add it here. Also, one could put a player with a relative high technique and aggressiveness to counter an opposition player with a very high shot rating.
Of course, that would also require to look for the tendencies of their managers, such as where do they put such players in their lineup.
I'll see if it's an option, so other future managers who may want that data can have it, for sure. But to me it wasn't a priority because in my opinion, there is little to no point in trying to counter specific players

I'm hoping we can pull off some upsets in the playoffs, not sure if we can compete at the top division yet, but it never hurts to try. But yes, at least we are in no danger of demoting this year.
Can we please reduce the game importance for the friendly national games to preserve energy for the players?
