Temat: Staff Applicants

This is the worst Staff applicants I got ever. Of the 4 I got, 3 were one star, and the other 2. Not only that, but none of them had OR higher than 32. Hope it's not a trend. I need some decent physicians.

Its something that I have 7 Physiotherapists on my staff compaired to only having 3 Physicians. I know how you kinda feel, but my recent Staff Applications all had like 4 stars, and their ORs are all 32 or higher.

I almost always get all 1 stars and a single 3 star, its like clockwork.

Well, you can put Staff Applications right in with Youth Pull. You don't know how good the Applicants are till you take a look. They are either good to keep or not good to turn away, just like with the Youth Pulls.

I'm usually guiltily of pulling everything, and seeing what I get, but this time i only had 2 guys above 1 star, so i just too k them. I normally have at least a more interesting range.
