If you mean the SuperLeague Cup, it started on Wednesday. You probably had a bye in the first round, so your first match will be next Wednesday.
You can check it yourself by going to Tournaments -> SuperLeague Cup (its there now).

In the guide it says that if you play 90 minuts on low, your energy will drop by 0.25 %. So that means if i play 4 matches in low, the season energy will go down by 1? Am i correct?
So why my season energy decreased by 1 if i played only 2 season games on low and 3 friendlies on very low? It's suppose to be 0.56%.

NEED TO KNOW THIS BY 2:30 today... My player Arnold Monroe is banned for a super League cup and a National cup game. When I set my Lineup- only the NC shows up. Does that mean the SLC wont hold up?
I'm pretty sure the SLC doesn't have suspensions. It's more of a friendly tournament. Not sure where I read that, or if it's even true
I'm pretty sure he'll miss the match. You could however set him in the lineup and have a bench player set to his position. This is similar to the way scratches work in hockey. If he doesn't have to serve the suspension, he won't, and if he does have to serve the suspension, the bench player will play instead.
Of course if you're going to switch formations based on if he plays or not, then that won't work for you. I'd err on the side of caution and not play him in that case.

Scratch that. No suspensions in the League Cup, but the SLC will have suspensions.

QUESTION- Did anyone else see there players in game ratings jump up this season? I was used to 10 and one 11 rating... Now I have a 14 13 12 and 11's....
