Does anyone have any idea how the league regrouping is set to go for USA? I'm in Division III.7. Are they doing away with the division, or am I more likely to be shuffled to another league (my league currently has six manned teams)?
Do League Cup wins count in the bonus pay structure for the sponsorship offers?
What's interesting about that is I'm still in the League Cup, but already receiving offers. It's very minor, of course, but I plan on winning today and Sunday, haha. 
I just noticed this in the soccer guide: "It is also important to note that every player on the pitch moves around and if he finds himself out of his usual position, he uses the attributes needed for the position in which he finds himself at that moment."
How am I supposed to account for this? Or maybe easier: what affects this? Formation?

If you put a back in a forward position (silly move), the player will use the attributes related to his new position, meaning Off, Sho, Pas, Tech, Spe and Hea.
My understanding of this is that in the match engine, if it is a back who is kicking, the probability of scoring are reduced big time.
Anyway, I would greatly recommend to maximize a player position before trying to increase his capability of playing in another position.

Since there is a cap for attributes in soccer, you can take the capability of playing in another position into account after maximizing the player's ability in his primary position (once you have the facilities to develop players to that extent).
I tried this with one of my best player who is not on my team anymore (Tate Pickens). He was a full back and I tried to make him a brand new wide midfielder. It was a mixed sucess mostly because he never gained the little extra due to the increase of the secondary attributes.
I ran expert's estimate for a league match after the fact. It took my 10 credits, but didn't show me the estimate. Is there a way I can either get that estimate or get my 10 credits back?
Is there anyway to decline promotion? Im currently looking at automatic promotion from the atrocious II. 3 and it would be horrible for competitiveness if this were to happen.
Unfortunately not. Your best bet is to find a way to tank sufficiently to finish second, then in the promotion match play on Low with your normal lineup (to avoid sponsorship penalties). I haven't checked your team, but probably the I.1 team is good enough to win in the promotion/relegation round in those circumstances.
Yeah, I'd play your last three matches with your worst 11, placed in random positions, on very low, with a silly formation. You *might* be able to finish second. Suppose, though, you finish first. Enjoy the promotion money, continue to build your infrastructure, and relegate back down ASAP.
Thanks, I going to run a 1-3-6 with a GK with a 15 attribute on very low with stupid tactics, still may not be enough
