Temat: Hidden gems

Can somebody explain me the concept.
In yesterday's draft (basketball) I scouted all SGs and did not recognized hidden gem until he was selected by another manager.
Human resources... 14 (managers 71%)
Sports academy... 15 (sporting directors 100%)
Shortly, in which moment during the draft the hidden gem (if any) appears?

In my experience, hidden gems have appeared when drafted, not when scouted. I think that's the point, because if you scouted them at the better rating, it wouldn't be a "hidden" gem.

So, the answer is: pick up all Ds hoping for luck?
