just realize i spent more on Staff salaries then i spen on anyother thing in this game. i've spend 320+mil on just staff salaries since day 1...that's about 30+mil more than any other categories of my expenditure. Good Or Bad? are staff worth it?

Yeah, slipped down here to see how things are going. Hoping my stay isn't very long. I've been concentrating on getting my arena/facilities all developed in both hockey and soccer and ignoring my players. Once I'm done with that I'll hit the market and try to move up.

But with the economy as busted as it is I'm not sure if I will ever make it to Div I.

Just keep hanging in there and it will happen.

Yeah, if nothing else, all you have to do is outlast the occasional and inevitable loss of higher level players. That's how I got into I.1 after all.

That's also how I made it to I.1. A (relatively) great goaltender helps as well.

I made it to I.1 on pure talent.

Then everyone quit, so I blew everything up and rebuilt. I felt it was too cheap and easy to become a playoff team on the back of half of I.1 quitting.

14 games into the season but i've been shock by 2things: 1)Denisov shocking start to the season hanging on to 1st place for about 10games. depending on denisov performance of the years i was shock by that but now that he's starting to play teams in the top 3rd and after his recent defeat, i've notice he's just denisov!
2)traverse city mariners performance have shock me because i expected them to be a contender for top 5 not top 10!
overall i feel like playoff is going to be interesting. i'm just hoping for a good seeding.Bombsheville is relaxing players and just waiting for playoff i figure!

Yep, that's the plan I'm hoping it will make a difference by the time we get to the playoffs. I think my team is good enough to compete in II. Not a top team, but I might be able to host a playoff series or two up there.

I'm playing on normal cause to lazy to change. Don't mind staying down here for another season while I keep working on my arena. You'll know when I'm ready to make my push when I start buying players.

What's up with Denisov? After the hot start, he's now gone 1-2-3 in his last 6.

Haha, you will probably destroy me in the playoffs when my energy has bottomed out for playing on normal all season.
