I finished 18th in my league but I still haven't been regulated to a lower league. Will I go down to that league once draft orders are posted ???

You can tell based on what position you finished. You'd go to IV.38 which doesn't exist so you won't be *relegated*. Only the last-place team relegates and that's to IV.6 since there aren't enough IV leagues.
