Hi everyone
If i become the next NT manager, i want to get off to a good start by starting to building the team for the longer term and for helping the future NT managers of the youth teams when they get going.

So i am looking for keen managers to help scout players, other teams and advise on tactical options etc.

To start with in terms of scouting...

There are clearly a good number of up and coming 15-18 year olds with OVRs above 300 and in some cases getting into the 350s and above.

In a week or so it will become clear how many great new 15 year olds there will be in the first draft.

I want to start building a database of the best youngsters out there and i would like to hear from any managers who would like me to help with this.

I have already started to set up a googledocs spreadsheet to help with the task.

I will also need to quickly decide which of the best youngsters make it into the next NT team. There are some good ones on the roster now, but i don't want to miss any out there that are better or are destined to fill the positions on the court where we are lacking.

The more managers that can help the better, there is so much we can do between us.
