Uh oh...just noticed that doug5984 (Louisiana Cyclones) hasn't logged in in a couple weeks and only twice since Christmas. Maybe short-term good news for those of us who may be chasing that #8 playoff spot, but overall bad news for the competitiveness of the league.

Yeah. He mentioned to me a while ago that he was drifting away from the game. He even sold all of his soccer players hoping to spark his interest with a rebuild. I think he's done now.

What is the avg pulls for everyones academies? I seem to get a lot of 160-230

Granted I have not cared about hockey until last season and have only checked on it.

My mediocre guys (2-3 stars) which I generally don't bother pulling up are usually around 240-270 OR, but I definitely see really crummy guys in the low 200's pretty regularly. I think my best guys have topped out in the low 300's recently, although I just started construction on SA 13 so hopefully that will increase a bit.

I have the same level sports academy and get much of the same, even with good staff. Once in a while I get a "superstar" with 3 stars, 250 OR, and 5/6 CL.

Wow, I started the day with absolutely no expectations.

I was playing the Thorns so I started my B team just to save up energy for a playoff push. I pulled the game up to "watch" while I set up my fantasy teams and checked email but closed it after they scored 11 seconds in. Then checked it after running some errands and lo and behold I ended up winning. Gotta' love those happy surprises.

I've got a nice stretch of games against teams under me in the standings; so I got that goin' for me, which is nice. Just need to beat the Cyclones and Police and I can MAYBE get into that 8 spot. Can't imagine I'll go anywhere in the playoffs if I do get there, but it certainly would help my sponsor offers.

But thanks for beating the Thorns...I'm still hoping I can move up a couple more spots by the end of the season, so that helps.

I've got a level 11 academy and I'm pretty excited if I get a guy over 200. Of course his qualities usually are less than worthwhile

I just realized that I have secured a place in the playoffs

Man, the Wookies have 7 of the top 10 scorers, including the top 4. Is anybody going to beat them this season? Won't be me on Friday, with my top defenseman out until the playoffs.

lol, i am happy to be in 4th place. I may have a team to beat the Wookies in 2019

Nice win Yesterday BUlls! It helped cement my bid to not play Wookies in the playoffs unless there was a potential upset on the 4 seed. Now If i can stay the 2 seed I wont need to worry about it!!
