Answer in english: You should apply to be national team manager in a country where you can speak the language. You're obviously using Google translate or something similar in both your Norwegian and English posts, and also your PM to me, which was equally incomprehensible. Google translate simply doesnt work well enough.

Really, I dont speak the language from your country, and I'm lazy for write English messages. So I use the google translator My English is good, but I dont have patience to write much large messages

I was aware that it could happen, to achieve a good translation for the Norwegian I should use a Nordic language, I used direct from the Portuguese and gave nothing right. Sorry for my possible mistakes might have been a huge disrespect to their language.

If you dont speak Norwegian, speak English! Norwegians are good English speakers Google Translate is your absolute worst option. Your English is perfectly good enough when you write it yourself!

And it wasnt a disrespect to the language really, no offense taken Its just...well, you said you were going to be the coach of our parents, which felt...odd.

I will write a new proposal, but now in English. I shall try to be quite frank about everything that I want do
