Could someone please help med with the best formation and tactics for my team. I know most of you will ignore this and that is fully understandable but please any tips would be appreciated!

Most people won't reply to this because they really don't know, including me. Try different things and based on the results you will find the best formations for your team. Just read the match highlights very well and write down some notes. balanced number in each line is a good start. And good luck.
