Hey Ziggy. Thought I'd finally give bball a shot. Been a cold winter here in PA, needed something to occupy my time. GL.
Hey I got tired of the cold winters in Montana so I have moved to New Mexico for the winters. I hope you have fun playing Basketball.
This might be my best game ever: basketball.powerplaymanag...
I won 188 to 7 and was winning 92-0 at halftime.

Economidis (my backup pg) had a triple double (13 assists, 14 steals, and 37 points with a +127 +/-).
I've bid on 30-40 players (and 5 coaches) in the last week and gotten 0 of them because I didn't log in exactly at the deadline.
I'll probably do the same thing I've done for the last few seasons for one more season and then seriously try to promote again next season.

There is zero chance to get reasonable player from the market, unless you login a minute before the deadline, and then spend another half an hour in a bidding war with 2 other managers.
Frankly, the market model is one of the worst parts of this game.
Hope to see you soon in I.1, I am not sure how much more the game will exist or how much longer people will stick around.

If you have pro pack, and don't mind paying the credit fee, you can put in your bid with the market agent, just like in free agency, and sleep through the entire process. It also helps to keep you from getting caught up in the last minute bidding and spending more than you planned.
Thank you for your suggestion. I do mind paying credit fee. Market agent costs 10 credits, which is around 2 dollars. Should I pay this much in real money every time I want to bid on a player?
Basically, this hints that the only reasonable way to be competitive in this game is to spend real money, which is the opposite of what PPM wants to advertise. I would never get a pro pack, because I think the game is just not good and not worth the money. If PPM wanted me to pay even 10 cents per year, I will certainly quit. They can make their few cents on me from ads, I can live with that.
