Theres not much to look at from my team
SG/SF Adam Jones 310 OR 198cm(6'5' 76%AvQ
PF/C Clay Sutherland 299 OR 217cm(7'1) 74%AvQ

I've got 3 players over 300 OR. Sadly Only 1 has decent qualities:

PG Wes Gage 308 OR 178cm 70% AvQ 4 CL, and he is scouted

PF/C basketball.powerplaymanag... Kelvin Light, 333 OA, 200 cm, 74 AvQ, 4 CL, scouted

I know some players who would be of interest to the USA once the time comes I'll post. Will this happen by season 5 or so at least?

I believe it was season 3 for handball, which is probably why Cap started this discussion now. No guarantee basketball will follow suit, but better to assume it will than won't.

After looking through the players in division I and division II, it seems that if players were chosen only based on OR and unscouted AVQ, the threshold to make the team could be 330 OR and 60 unscouted AVQ. This is after looking through only 1/4 of the leagues (though the lower division might have a lot more dead teams). There are also enough elite younger players to perhaps form a few lines of ~240+ OR players with good AVQ in the top quarter of the leagues.
