*Note 1: All values are valid as of day 32 of season 5. Min. OR should be higher as the season progresses.

**Note 2: Players with low OR but exceptional EQ or AVQ (~90+) are still of interest to the U.S. national team.

***Note 3: Training facilities at 10+ and regeneration facilities at 8+ for the player's current team are preferred. Elite facilities (12-13+) are given the same consideration as exceptional EQ or AVQ.

Minimal requirements for USA U17:

Age: 15
Players of age 16 or 17 are unlikely to be accepted.

OR: 400+
The higher OR, the better but players under 400 won't even be considered.

Height.
There is no requirement for height but it is used to determine possible suitable positions.

Quality for a position: 77%+
Once OR is satisfied, the next most important stat is quality. This is not the average quality but a quality for a certain position.

Hi, new here. What do you mean by quality of position 77%. I have no players anywhere near national team contention just trying to under stand the post.

I've been here for a while, but I also do not know what is quality for a position.
