The guide says "For substitutes, you can also set minimum number of minutes in each period in order to rest the players from the starting lineup." Did anyone figure out how to do this?

yeah, but with league starting with some "high" OR old players I was hoping they would start National earlier in season 2 so that the other 2 teams could also start earlier.

Was this because my SA was under construction for an upgrade or is it just possible for no new recruits to appear?

So pretty much we don't have to train shooting for centers.
