What's about RFA player salaries? If I get RFA player then it got contract with my system or club from where I got him? Cuz if it from other team then I need to look players the same nationality as that club, or I need to search for players for my home country, to pay 25% less salary.
Yes, straight to I.1, but only for people who don't believe the world is flat

What type of stands should I be building? Should I skip some types of stands and go for better ones? When should I build accessories on the stands?
Skipping is a good strategy because you'll have to demolish stands and accessories when you upgrade to better ones. I'd recommend going quickly to the max. capasity triple-floor stands. You can build large stand-ups first but I don't really see much benefit for building anything between. You can start building accessories when you know you are going to keep that stand for many seasons.
Yeah go straight to large building. They cost a lot but you will get great money when they are finished.
I would build a medium stand-up right off the bat. It costs only $4.50 seat/day which means your making money with as little as 174 fans per game at $100 a head. You can build all 8 for 3.36 million and they build in just 4 days.
A large stand-up is $15.40 seat/day which is over 3 times more while the stadium goes from 1600 to 2000 seats, only 25% more. Keep in mind you have 29 home games if you play the relegation round. So you need to sell out every game at $200+ per game to make more than a medium.
I go strait from medium stand-up to triple f multi, it has a cost of $88 seat/day, which is over $200/competative home game. So I make sure that I have at least a level 9 maintenance facility. And the combined salary of the top 10 players (that play in competitive games) should be at least a half million more than you current arena expenses. Build them one at a time replacing your ms-u's.

This is great maths but you forgot to take into account that the money you receive from the sponsorship (media sponsor) are way higher with a large building. And have to take into account thay half the money (and all the time) you spent are lost. I use the medium path in hockey and it delayed my progress but coupke of seasons. Now I save to go straight for the large one. Seems more effective to me.
