Can't beleive people would rather click view players once a week, rather then see if they found an A player every day... Every day sounds better then once a week...
Not only that, but everyone active in the draft would get a legitimate player twice each season at least. I think the non-Pro packers were the main complainers about this move since they're the ones most opposed to the draft. "Unfair! UNFAIR!" Ummm hello, you play for free!
Playing for free is a pretty impressive feat considering the time that goes into this game. I would rather be Getting a good player once a draft rather then the crap I get from my sports academy. Back to the hot girl comparison, would rather put in the time to draft a good one once every 8 weeks rather then just once a week find out there are only bad options available...
Bingo!
I'm going to publish actual SA numbers. All this "I got a 4* player 3 weeks in a row" is bullshit. 5% chance of getting a 4* or greater in hockey.
I guess, with those odds, one in 8,000 people will get three 4*+ players in a three week window.
Regardless, the ability to nab elite prospects is much easier via the draft. People just don't like to have to put time in, they want to be spoon fed.

I wouldn't want a draft if I was getting 4* players every week, but I think if I keep one player per year from my academy I would be impressed... The fun part is seeing the star number/letter rating and over a month I would hopefully find 10 good players to potentially draft rather then 4 times seeing 3-4 players of 1-2.5*... Look forward the article and want to tell the people who screwed up the month long draft to pull their heads out of the sand...
what the 2drafts/season is a no go now?? where did you guys read this? personally i thought it was a fantastic change and i was looking forward to it. i also almost never pull sa prospects near the end of the season anyway, so i was happy to hear the last quarter prospects from draft would arrive as 15 years old with no cl hit. this is ridiculous
can you ask the developers to do a pull? i think managers who were happy with the change stayed quiet (because what's to complain) while managers unhappy with the change made it clear they weren't happy (some of them will never be happy regardless of what changes are made)
Still 2/season but no longer 4x the players. It was semi-released in Tuttle's status.
I think a poll is irrelevant, that'd be yet another flip-flop... I'm surprised they did this one already.
Another case of the squeaky wheel gets the oil...

Why don't we just become squeakier? I think it's BS that the complainers who play for free got to dictate changes to the game.
I hate checking the SA every week and getting below 2.5 star players. I haven't had a good pull in handball since season 2.
The 2 mega draft format sounded awesome.

It appears I was fed false intel (or it has changed):
Week 1-7: SA Pull
Week 8: SA-based draft (4x current draft pool)
Week 9-15 SA Pull
Week 16: Inverted-standings-based draft (4x current draft pool)
Drafts will have the current number of picks and 4x the pool. This will result in better players for everyone while still giving us 16-weeks worth of players. This won't change the rate at which players are generated per se but it will increase the average player we get over the course of many seasons.

Do we still get tons count for 4 weeks leading up to the drafts?!
tons count = to scout?
Not sure. I'd imagine it is a 4-week process again. We'll know for sure tomorrow.
