Temat: Arena Development - is it worth it?

We've only got a small arena, 2,300 seats but it sells out every home game so I was looking to add a 3rd triple-story stand, however, it costs 38m to build a 1,000 seat stand - that stand will generate 4k per home game so, at 19 regular season games 7.6m - that doesn't take in to account playoff or cup games but even so that means it would take 4-5 seasons before the stand made it's money back and started turning a profit.

So, question is, is it worth investing in the arena to make money in 4-5 seasons or would that money be better saved and spent on training and sports academy facilities? Both are currently under construction for level 12 and 9 respectively (I think) so can't build again for another 6-10 weeks I think.

don't forget that arena size has massive effect on your Media sponsor so investment is worthy for sure. You can get roughly the same money from MS as you getting from GS ...
