I am telling new managers to build their HR first. It gives a huge boost on revenue. Any new manager i see joining and logging a few days I send message. Hopefully we get more new nice active teams for USA.
This season i upgraded a bit my HR and a lot my stadium.
I plan to upgrade another triple level this season, but focus will be on Training Facility.
1.1 training ratio against other managers 2.0 per day will take me nowhere.
Hardest part is to figure it out the balance between building money makers and player improvement facilities and still be competitive.

So lets say I upgrade my triple level, will I still earn VIP money and that also stops during the construction?
I know it is not a big deal as that is not much money anyways, but im curious.

I tried to upgrade my Stadium in phases so i was never losing much money while upgrading it. I still net an average 10K Average attendance this season even though i pretty much just finished 2 triple floor (9k seats total)
I think it was the top team in the country with 2.0 per day in training. Most teams in II.1 don't have very high training facilities (because most of the better teams folded). I think that whoever ends up in II.1 after relegation will have level 14; the Death Munchers and Firestorm have level 13; and the Jogos, Sterling Cheetahs FC, and the Zucciny Warriors have level 12. It would be good to spend some money on training facilities, but you're probably not too far behind for level II (though with all the teams that have folded in II.1, I imagine II.2 must be more competitive).
I've just started upgrading to triples in both hockey and soccer. Next season will be my first with VIP money.
I think ii.1 and ii.2 are similar. The biggest difference, IMO, is that ii.1 forum is active while ii.2 is dead
As far as Training Facilities goes ... 8 teams are ahead of my team. And that is just to consider this facility. I'm behind on other important as well.

The 2.0 figure came from rounding up my highest training in 1 day by 1 player (1.96). In reality, my top trainees average 1.6-1.7 per day over a month (with no training camps). Those players are young, 6/6, and have ~90 EQs.
FC Corona should see better training numbers than I do, but I doubt he has any players near 2.0.

I know .. my 1.1 is top player too (6/6 near 99 quality).
0.8 is a good average for my players. So it is still 2x less than top teams with full training facilities.

same here never 2.0,1.90-1.96 probably the best training rates with young players only it's shame not with USA players(well...)

Finished scouting him. Offence-89, Shot-86, Pass-88, Tec-78, Speed-91, Heading-81. Now have to decide if i want to sell him or not, and how much i can get for him.
