I am hitting the cap for players in Soccer. And, I got curious. How does everyone determine who and when to terminate in order to trim down a roster and avoid the large roster fee? (Yes, I have my methods...I'm just curious about yours.)
I fire players when I'm going bankrupt
okay, I make too much money to go bankrupt nowadays, but this is still one of my biggest problems. I hold onto crappy pulls way too long. And then, when I once again realize what I'm doing, I feel like I should keep them even longer and hope to make a profit because I've already spent so much in player fees. This never works out.

I only keep the players with an EQ of at least 70 or so and decent OR. The players that I pull that aren't good or that are redundant I just sell right away and terminate if they don't sell after a few tries. I only have a level 13 training center; if I had a level 15 training center, I might be able to earn more money from training players. I suppose that I should be keeping more of my pulls until I can at least train them to some threshold.
