Hey guys.

Just wondering how people seem to get such high stats because it takes an absolute age to get money even when winning money/ranking matches! Is there something I am missing?! Or have people invested real life money into the game? And what is the best way of making money would you say?

"..absolute age.." That's what this game is about - long term planning and patience would be a key features not like in quick flash crap.. Take a look at top managers' experience. Years spent.. Though to feel yourself more or less satisfactory could be enough with half of the year - depends on ambitions and performance..
I've invested some cash along with loads of another people here but can assure You that doesn't impact teams' performance directly - same result can be achieved for free, it just saves a bit of time on data analysis and adds some trinkets to please an eye..
"Making money" would be a brilliant ability.. There's various ways of earning (and investing, must say) money and it's worth of separate discussion..
So patience and cool mind maketh a man..

Also, this season is about to end and a new one begin - you will see sponsor income rise sharply.
