Well, the first game of the World Championship is today! I have been looking forward to this moment since our U20 team was promoted to the top division. Thank you to everyone who has helped me understand this game better and to the managers who trained these players and made this team possible! Good luck to the other teams and I am hoping for a good result for the USA!

Good job to the other two USA teams for winning their first games in the world championship! The U20 team did very poorly losing 6-0 to the Latvian team. It looks like we will have to have two very strong performances tomorrow and Monday if we want to have a chance of making the playoffs. Tomorrow we play Croatia and I hope we can rebound from that last game to make up for the ground we have lost.

It's too bad about the losses, but it looks like you can still avoid the relegation round with a win against Slovenia. From there, you would only have to make up for a one game handicap in the next round.

Yeah. Those were very disappointing, but hopefully we can beat Slovenia tomorrow and take the 3rd place spot to avoid the relegation round.

Yeah... At least we stayed in the top division, even though we weren't good enough to make the playoffs. There's always next season!

This past season wasn't superb, but our players proved that they can hold their own. The World Championships didn't start very well for us, seeing that we finished last in our group, but we were able to avoid relegation to Division 1.

Next season, I will be welcoming nrgsports back as the assistant of the U20 team. We are currently working on finalizing the roster for next season, but if anyone knows of a great player that has great stats and may fit in well on the U20 team, just shoot me a message!

Because of the dismal financial situation on the Oilhawks, I lost the team and had to go back to square one. Due to this setback, I won't have enough manager experience to run for being the U20 manager next season, but I hope we can get an American manager to take the reigns and keep the team moving forward. I would endorse nrgsports, if he would like to run, since I have worked with him for two seasons. I will definitely remain active on PPM while rebuilding the Oilhawks, and the season after next, I might try to be the U20 manager again.

As for now, the world championship is right around the corner, and I believe that we can pull out a good result. Next week, Saturday, will be our first game against the Serbia U20 team. I hope to see you then!
