Note for facilities, I consider what the facility will be by midseason. If a facility is being built but will take ~90 more days, I will consider it to be the current level. If it's only ~30 days, I'll consider it to be the next level.

Great qualities, average facilities. Didn't make the cut since there were 5 other players with better OR and growth potential, even if he reaches his potential.

Low qualities and below average facilites. He missed out in favor of players who are a little weaker now but who should be better by the end of the season.
