How important are quality staff?

Is it worth spending loads of money in the very early stages of the game, instead of using that money on facilities?

I've noticed that some guys have a ton of staff members. Do only the head and assistant do something?

Only head and one assistant can do something, but if you want to improve one particular aspect, lets say youth training instead of general training, then you would love to have 2 coachs that both have high attributes in youth training. If you want something more balance then you will have one for youth and the other for general. It is up to you how to manage them.

Concerning their own attributes, i would say keep the good ones for starter, and improve your facilities. After, when you receive more and more money because your OTR is high thanks to a very good training facilities and then very good players (for instance) you can try to find supreme trainers.

but this is my point of view, try to see what best teams are doing.

the salary of my staff equal the entire team salary!!

The salary of my staff is TWICE my Players

yeah with the latest salary drop almost everyone is payng their staff more then their players. Not very realistic lol. But then again controlling a team from a computer isnt either, so whose complaining. are staff salaries going to drop as well? anyone know?
