After a very succesful last season, this season will be one where we will keep trying to build on what made us win and tweak a few things here and there.
We lost the finals because, despite winning tactics matchup, our team was just too tired to perform.
So, we will keep playing with very high intensity in order to be as prepared as possible, but we will rotate more players in the lineup during pre-season and try to use more players in the different phases of the tournament to rest some key guys when necessary.
Let's hope to be successful once again.

There is a future Canadian Superstar who is up for sale. His position is Universal Defenseman.

Unfortunately I have to part with him due to my training facilities are not maxed out...yet.

this player is just... perfect.
Perfect CL, solid OR for the moment of ssn, perfect attribute distribution... damn...
I wish I had these 150M+ laying around.

Bid, if that doesn't bring him to Canada, it will at least bring some more cash into your pocket.
Also, your facilities are pretty good, his loss of training from only having lvl 14 TF would only be ~15%.
A small Christmasy update on your U18 since it's been a while:
After last season's tournament, where we made it all the way to the finals and lost even though we won the tactical matchup, which shows that we had very low odds of winning(unless luck swung our way big time), it became apparent that our players were too tired by the end of this tournament. I am not ready to abandon the recipe that made us so successful because winning a final is only useful if you can get to the finals.
However, I have tweaked the formula and am now preparing a wider cast of players to be ready for play in the tournament. The plan is to have 28 players ready for action once the tournament starts and to use and rest everyone when possible in order to reach as far as possible, as rested as possible, without giving up on our world class preparation.
Each season's lineup looks different and this season is no exception. It is not possible to know which combination will be more favored by the game. Last SSN, it is safe to say our mix worked wonders for us. This year, it appears to me that we have more skill and depth than usual at most positions. The only position where I identify a small weakness is on the right side D. Thanks to a better placement in the world standing from our good recent performances, we will have 2 home games in the first stage of the tournament, which could prove very important. We are hoping to take advantage of our every opportunities, hopefully on our way to another good showing for Canada.

Sounds like a good plan. I have been working on chemistry on the senior team quite diligently for the past few seasons, and as a result, find we are in a position this year with team chemistry at an all time high (91 already), that we may have to switch to a three line only format using only the weaker players in an effort to keep the top players at max energy. With more players at higher chemistry, it increases the line-making options significantly.

You're one of the first teams I scout the players of, including rejects that get sold to foreign teams

Stoney Creek Saints (II.3) hasn't logged in since November 27th. I'm afraid we might be losing another good manager...
hockey.powerplaymanager.c...
He has the pro pack, so he is allowed 50 days without logging in, but that time frame is almost over. I believe we are at 46 or 47 days at this point.
Krokador, do you have his youngsters scouted? We would need to see who is worth saving.
Thanks.

So far, I have selected to Team Canada (in order to save them if the team folds):
Luke Watson, 17 (that 6/6 is juicy for Canada's talent pool, wheter or not that helps in U18s or U20s)
Julius Hudson, 18
Derek Cundy, 18
What about Druce, Durkin and Hunter? I would like to see thier Qs before making a decision. (I will check your database Krokador)
We need to look for the U20 players also. On first glance, while not necessarily the best players right now, I think worthwhile players could include:
Adam Caldwell, 20
Kody Drimmie, 19
Vandervies, 19 and Freeman, 19 (maybe?)
