Everyone has only 1 team. However, with your 36 players, you can play the best ones (let's call them an 'A' team) and train the weaker ones. Once your 'A' team has a chemistry of 100 and your weaker players catch up, you can rotate the players and rest those who have a good chemistry.

Which is a huge advantage when injuries come up...

oo i know what they meant... just odnt have that many secondary players worth dressing.. just horrible players haha

If some of your players have low attributes as well as qualities (slow training), fire them. You'll only have to pay 50% of their salaries.

In regards to creating and submitting of a custom ice surface for your arena.

Typically, how long is the wait period for approval?

Typically 4-10 days before you can use the custom ice surface. Depends on the number of people waiting in the queue.

To those of you, guys, that don't have a PRO account and have trouble finding teams to play friendlies against, you can use Czech and Slovak 'friendly games' forums:

and either challenge any team advertising there (that's the only reason the thread is there for) or advertise yourself. If you wanna advertise in a local language, just write: 'poslite mi vyzvu na priatelsky zapas' and add a specific date to it if you wish. Or else you can write in English and some of the managers should understand you..

Want to track C/L drop from this season to next. If anyone interested in helping (I will share the results with you) please private message me the age and C/L breakdown (as you may have done before). I will ask again right after the next season starts and that way I can track each team's general C/L distribution as well as the overall distribution of the game.

I know I've been pestering some of you for C/L information but I've thought of something else to try and better understand. The "star" offers you've received. Any chance I could get a large group of you guys to private message me all the offers you got?

For example:
GS: 3,2,4
TV: 1,5

That would be sweet. Then I can try and figure out the odds of getting each offer. Perhaps it will look something like:

1 Star = 10%
2 Star = 20%
3 Star = 40%
4 Star = 20%
5 Star = 10%

How's everyone happy with today's salary cuts? Poor players!

I wouldn't presume that's the final salary. It would be disproportionately low relative to other costs for the team. Likely not done yet.

I think we're headed for a lockout.

wow my player was paid 3475 now it' 435...we're back in the 50's salary
