Unfortunately you did sit on him for far too long. With those qualities, at 15 he would have fetched a pretty penny. Now he's behind in terms of OR so you're never gonna get top dollar. I'd say sell him and let the market decide. Try to post him up during the busiest times a day, hopefully so that the auction ends on Wednesday around 1-2 pm Eastern time. That way people will have sponsor money to bid.

Im pretty sure he hold because a player like that one cant just gamble at the market starting at 10,00 or so. then if start too high and does not sell, then one have to pay tons of market fees for nothing. two seasons ago, im sure he didnt have that much money to take the gamble and risk.
