Well, I definitely didn't have the team to stay up in the II Leagues. I definitely need to do better with the use of my players and even have better players.

Don't worry I'm in the same boat as you. I've got an amazing 1st line and then everything else is what I've started with since i formed my team

I scheduled a few games with you so you can make an extra 3 million a week, use it wisely on some vets to push to the middle of the table. I would recommend that you spend it all on HR , and getting your rink to large stand ups and then save up for the 43 million dollar triple max 1000 seats..... So start to push your HR to 10, start to work on building your maintenance up to 10, training and regen to 10. Also it is better to spend 2 million on an 27-31 year old 1100 OR player than to spend 8 million on a 19-22 year old 1000 OR player. You can get 4 players who will take advantage of days off not training in your bad facilities. I would skip the young higher priced OR players until you get up to Training and Regen at 13.

because they go to the bigger arena and more people come.

The income from friendlies is split in half, so always try to play them in bigger arenas than your own, at least until you approach max capacity.

Also, I highly recommend going straight from reading this post to upgrading all of your small stand-ups to the max capacity of 100 seats each. It's incredibly cheap and will pay off almost immediately.
