I admit that this is very strange. I think we should give more information about it.

I think players gain 4 chemistry per match, not 5

but what a group 6 in qual. for EC, who should I blame?

No, they gain something 4-7% per match. This changes, so one probably can calculate with average 5%.

Yes, that group really sucks! All six teams good and of comparable strength. Who did that draw? From pots 4-6 every time the strongest team.
I really can't believe our bad luck after that shocker in the WC qualification... :/
But nobody likes that group I guess. Well, except those not taking part...

Honestly, who did that draw? I want a notary or something.
In group 6 is Nr.2 of pot 1 (Croatia), Nr.1 of pot 2 (Lithuania), Nr.1 of pot 3 (Italy), Nr.2 of pot 4 (Sweden), Nr.1 of pot 5 (Hungary) and finally Nr.1 of pot 6 (Germany).

Some NT could add player U20 chemistry with above 14%?

4-5 per friendly match, 6-8 per competitive match.

So, anything new on the chemistry topics? It would be pretty good to know:

a) How and when does chemistry drop for former U-players if they are not called to the senior team?
(This is important to know for sure for future decisions.)

b) Was the chemistry of those players really cut twice (to 70% and 20%) so that they come with 14%? If yes, will it be changed again or was it meant like this?

I think anyone of Adm is interested in answering those questions. Nobody manifests on the subject. The guide says that the chemistry would be reduced by 20%, but was not exactly what happened.

Player was 100%... with the season exchange it drops 30%... when he changed to another NT it drops another 20%.

Right or wrong, that's what happened.. the guides says it will be reduced by 20%, but it doesn't mention if it's after or before the 30% drop between seasons.

No, it doesn't say that, that's right. But it can't be meant like that anyway. Season drop (to 70%) and youth drop (to 20%) should have been taken place at the same time, namely when the season started. Otherwise this would make absolutely no sense.
But 21y olds were still in the team on monday and were cut only yesterday. Imho this is what caused the problem, the belated eviction of 21y and 18y olds.
What I want to know, was this meant or was it a bug. And will it be like this again. I hope vlady can answer this.

Guys, at the beginning of previous season were tranfers between senior and U20/17 teams... and it was the same.

Chemistry X / new season => X -30% (=chemistry Z) / transfer to junior team => Z -20%

So why there is problem now? It was the same last season...

Actually I didn't realize that.
But it made sense then, since we (senior team managers) first had two weeks at the start of the season to decide wether the youths would be kept or not. So the season drop naturally came before the transition drop.

This season though there is no reason that these two drops follow after another, or that the 20y and 17y olds were on the teams till yesterday. Just a matter of updates maybe.
I always understood the 20% transition drop as a substitute for the 70% drop, happening at the same time. But maybe I'm wrong, then it should imho be in the guide.
