You can be form any country to be the manager of one of the national teams and I think some of our guys have manged other countries' teams. In Canada though, there's enough people interested that we've never voted for an outsider.

I would like to give it a shot. I will definatly be different and piss some guys off with my selections

In the first week have already determine the 40 best young players.

Contact all the owners and the players know their plans.

They should tell us how many are planning to give playing time to the player.

And they will leave him alone or would sell.
Study all the data to determine the players who will be the best by the end of the season (World Cup)

On the first leg we determine the players who will play the World Cup. Thus we get the maximum teamwork for the tournament.
