The lines today were arranged in an inverse fashion from worst to best. Why were the best lines getting the least ice time?
Lines 1 and 2 consisted of players that need NT chemistry, that why those 2 lines got 70% of the ice time. The 3rd and 4th lines consisted of players that have full NT chemistry, they played 30% of the time in an effort to maintain their current chemistry. Also, the scratches were prospect players who will benefit from the NT training bonus the most.
We will have 3 pretty good left wingers on the team that are starting with no chemistry so you will probably see a left sider on the Right Wing in some of the friendly games.

Good explanation.
Is there any benefit to winning these games?

No, it's all about getting our players ready for the World Championships.
John Stevenson loves his chance to play for his country. He is hitting the weight room 5 hours a day.
Reginald Pouliot could be next.... He can play LD or RD.

Thanks for playing Craig.
He needs more exp and then he'll be a much better goalie.
He got shelled though.

The NT is still looking for an exceptional prospect at RD. Also looking to add a defenceman.
I could also add this guy: Luc Hickey
He qualifies as an exceptional talent. But has Taylor Godley standing in his way at LW.

Nice qualities, but his OR is just too far behind the pack.
