For your hockey players, I believe most people run a 10-5-5 ratio for their primary and secondaries.
But what about shooting? Say if you had a winger with 100-50-50, what would you say his shooting should be at?
If you had a defense with 100-50-50-50 (pas/tec/agr), what about shooting for him?
I'm just curious because my team seems to have the right qualities/training but their shooting is majorly weak.

In regards to Goalies, does your backup goalie count towards the overall Goalie stars on your home page? And if that is the case is a 43 rating acceptable for a 157-78-78 goalie? Because I guess that seems a bit low to me compared to the other stars (o/d) of my team. And my backup obviously is way lower at 91-46-45. And if quality comes into play, then my starting goalie is 95-95-87 and my backup is 77-80-79.
Thanks for your help in advance!

I train 75-125% shooting for wingers, 50-75% for centers and 0-100% for defenders.
#2: Yes. It does. Swap out your backup and see

All offense I level shot on par with primary. It took me all season to do it but if you look at my shooting rating you will see that it makes a huge difference. Defence I just level it on par with secondaries because that is way too much to level up for them.
